Our team is seeking a strong Nurse Practitioner to join our clinic under the Alberta Nurse Practitioner Primary Care Program. This role is designed for a Nurse Practitioner who is interested in building and managing their own panel of patients while providing comprehensive primary care.

The position is available as full‑time, with flexibility in both hours and days. Our clinic offers a supportive environment with a strong group of physicians for collaboration and mentorship as needed.

Spring Creek Integrated Health is a busy family medicine clinic based in the spectacular mountain community of Canmore, Alberta. Our multi-disciplinary team presently includes 7 Family Physicians and 2 Licensed Practical Nurses. In addition to our Family Practice, we offer evening and Saturday walk-in clinic hours; and each of our physicians are members of the Bow Valley PCN.

We are looking for multiple physicians to join our team. The schedule is negotiable; however, we are seeking someone to work an ongoing schedule of 3-4 shifts per week, potentially including 1 x evening shift per week (offering same-day / walk-in clinic services) and rotating weekend walk-in coverage.

Seeking additional General Practitioners to support our family physicians with vacation or hospitalist coverage.

Seeking casual team member for Medical Office Assistant coverage.

This position supports phones, patient incoming and outgoing from appointments, booking appointments and supporting physicians/clinic workflow. 

Our team is seeking a strong Clinic Manager to join our team. This role would support our clinical and administrative teams on a day to day basis. The role would supervise both our clinical locations in Canmore.
